Glory of Tuscany

With the prospect of a truly Tuscan misty dawn we were up and about at 5AM for the drive to the famous classic location of The Belvedere. On the way we hit thick fog so with a quick about turn we found a stunning view above the rolling mist covered hills just as the sun rose creating this amazing vista.

In a feverish period of 30mins. we made many images making the early start so worthwhile. On leaving the vantage point we retraced our steps to the Belvedere which was now visible in the mist.

After another period of intense photography we traveled onwards to the nearest hilltop village for a well earned late breakfast.
