Mrs. Blackbird

Typing those words reminded me of the time my Mum (Mrs. Blackbourn!) got a letter addressed to Mrs. Blackbird! I was about 6, and giggled for ages!

Spotted this lady on my walk to work this morning. Like always when I try to photograph birds she tried to scarper as soon as she saw my camera! I think birds are maybe picky about who they let photograph them! I mean, some folk capture beautiful, almost posed shots, and others of us are lucky to get a shot of the bird's behind as it flees! Maybe they can tell who has the skill and equipment to capture them at their best!!
