A walk in the park

This is the Friends of Peter Pan Park coffee shop, which is run by volunteers. It's in one of the two parks very close to our house and, as my mum and dad were volunteering this afternoon, we decided to take a walk over.

Tea for two, plus a slice of lemon drizzle & a chocolate rum cake (both home made, not by me!) for £4.40. Not too shabby.

It's also dog friendly, provides doggy biscuits & a bowl of water.

Quite a glorious day today, so it was nice and busy.

Ooh, and that's a rare photo of Alan, front and (almost) centre. He even put his phone down while I took it!
