Saturday/Long weekend

Got up early this morning after waking up around 2.am with pain in my hand, wrist and forearm area. Once I put my special tight bandage on my arm the pain subsided and I could go back to sleep.

At 11am our friends H & H came to visit me. The last time I saw them was 2 months ago in Germany, when we said our farewell after 8 years together. They both are loving life in Cape Town. They are looking fantastic, tanned and so slim! I actually felt envious seeing them and how happy they are to be here. They don't miss Germany at all.

When they left I took the hours drive from Hout Bay to Melkbosstrand. My sister was going to hi light my hair and in return I did a photo shoot of my niece who wanted a ' fashion shoot ' There I was standing in the middle of the road with foil strips in my hair.....I had people driving past STARE at me ;)

Now back in Hout Bay. My last sleep here tonight.
