Crowded
Mussels, Moules, Mytilus can be served raw, boiled, steamed - combined with a Chablis or another white, with garlic, chilli, as it is or as an ingrediens in a fish soup or a Paella or what do I know? I know that the shells I bliped today have been eaten raw by somebody else. Enjoy your Saturday evening! I will have a steak and a red:-)
