Relegation

It was something we feared but never believed would actually happen but Tranmere Rovers were relegated from League 1. It is never easy being a Tranmere fan but on the last day of the season there was a small glimmer of hope and at times we would be staying up, but at the end of the day the small glimmer got dimmer and dimmer. It felt like I was 17 all over again like in 2001 when we were relegated into league 1. We held on hope for 13 years that we would go back up but it wasn't to be. I muttered the fateful words 'hopefully we will get promoted next year' but lets not hold our breath!
