Imagine...

Jane (technophobe) and I came up to Liverpool to use the Beatles tour voucher given to us by the children. We went on the official national trust visit which gives you access to Paul and John's houses which have been restored to their 1950 states.

The guides were really interesting and knowledgeable and even knew about the guitar player called Chas Newby who briefly played with them and from whom we bought our first house.

Sadly we weren't allowed to take photos inside (they actually confiscated our cameras) There were some really interesting pictures taken by Paul's brother in the house.
