We've had an adventurous day going on a shopping mission to find extra storage for the kitchen. I'll be vague where we went as we asked if the pups were allowed in a second hand furniture shop, which they were. Storm going uncarpeted stairs was worthy of a YouTube video! Safely downstairs we had a look at a kitchen dresser. Emily found a posh dog bed, climbed in, sniffed all round then did a wee in it. We rushed out of the shop full speed!

Took the dogs for a long walk to make sure bladder and bowels were empty before going to the salvage yard. Spent ages looking around before deciding on a kitchen table, tractor seat stools, a cupboard and a gate which will be delivered Wednesday.

Desperate for a cuppa to recover from spending so much, we stopped off at a lakeside cafe. As it was 1pm we decided to have lunch too. To burn off lunch we took the pups for another walk through bluebell woods. Plenty of bunny holes to stick their heads in!

Back at home we tidied up one of the sheds and the patio. The dogs were helpful and joined in best they could ;) The husband gave the bbq a spring clean too just in case we have more sunny weather this weekend. A day of achievement so ready to flop on the sofa for cuddles now.
