St Albans Swimming and Lifesaving Club

This swimming pool has been at the centre of our community for over a hundred years. So many children have learnt to swim and do rescue breathing - some of them trained by one of my best friends.

The council decided to close the pool which triggered an enormous protest, but to no avail. The local kids did this mural as their contribution to the protest.
