Trophy night

This is the final picture of the Wellington Under 16 football team. My son is the one in the pink shirt.
This was their final presentation night.
It was a lovely evening full of thanks and tributes to the boys, their fab coach Wayne and the parents who have supported and taxied the team for five years.
There were lots of speeches, laughs and memories shared.
These boys have grown and matured and learned a lot of lessons that they will take forward in their lives from the ups and downs they have shared in this team.
I wonder if any of them will go on to bigger and better thing an the footballing world?
