The Glasshouse

This evening was my surprise night out. Mark kept the mystery going with lots of talk of Mr Cod (our local chippy) and keeping Greggs open for me! Even on the taxi ride there I didn't know where I was going, which was helped by the fact that we had to take quite a detour to get through a closed Twickenham centre, due to the annual army and navy rugby match.

Finally we arrived and to my delight he was taking me to the Glasshouse in Kew. I have to say the food was divine... the starter of saddle of rabbit with prosciutto being a highlight. Everything was lovely and we had a fab night out. As I said the other day, Mark doesn't often do surprises, but when he does, he does them very well!
