Jamie Oliver's Bubble & Squeak!

Max woke up@ 7am this morning, so we all got up! My H decided to make Bubble & Squeak 'Jamie Oliver style' with the rest of the left overs. This is the end result, poached egg in the middle and a dollop of ketchup.
