Playing life by ear.

Peep inside a geranium.

Today "somebody" left one of the mooring lines tied to a cleat as we tried to take the boat out.

That left me to stop it swinging round and bashing into our neighbour's boat TWICE. Unpleasant experience which left my heart pounding and thinking I'm too old for this lark. Anyway, I'm still alive and hopefully "we" are never too old to learn form "our" mistakes.

“A strong woman who recklessly throws away her strength, she is worse than a weak woman who has never had any strength to throw away.”
― Thomas Hardy, Tess of the D'Urbervilles
