Christmas Lamb

I had a really lovely day today! I got to my sister Karen's place quite late last night but we stayed up a wee while for a bite to eat and a chat.

This morning was spent opening presents and chilling out. We watched 'Run Fat Boy Run' which I LOVE and the after a christmas lunch of Roast Chicken and all the trimmings plus profiteroles, we started watching 'Star Trek'.

I have to head off part way through that to go to my Dad's place. Actually, I was heading to my step-sister Jayne's place where my Dad and step-Mum, Val, were for the day.

Jayne and her family live on a farm and they have lots of sheep. This picture is of a lamb that was born this morning! We were trying to think up christmassy names for him but not having much success.

We finished the day of with (another) christmas dinner of turkey with all the trimmings and rather a lot of pink champagne - mmmmmmmmmm.....
