Banoffee tarts, and sun-dried tomato bread - this week's results from the "Buns & Bread" evening class, at Inverness College.

Had one of those tarts after taking the photo. They're much bigger than they perhaps appear. And you wouldn't manage two. I have a big appetite, what with all the cycling, walking and swimming, but one was more than enough. Perhaps should have halved it. Sampling the bread will have to wait until tomorrow. Smells good though.

Mini flood this morning at work - from E-floor to C-floor. I had a backup-Blip of water dripping out of a flooded emergency light fitting.

Dreicht outside all day, so a car day. Early morning swim, pre-work.
