Dark days

Very dark day today. Weather and mood. After an early start I had to retreat back under a duvet with the worst migraine I've had for years - flashing lights, nausea the lot. An extra 5 hours sleep has helped a bit, but I still had to wear sunglasses out on my walk - despite the darkness of the day.

Don't think the computer is helping my head, so I'm off for some turkey curry...
