Lemon Syllabub

This is a Slimming World, fat-free syllabub - and it was gorgeous!

All the family here today, all with very different tastes, so it was rice all round with a choice of chicken in white wine sauce, chicken korma or chilli. Then apple, sultana, cinnamon & orange crumble with clotted cream or the syllabub to follow. It all went down rather well!
