It's all about the food

Crunch and brunch this morning... A tough core stability class followed by full cooked breakfast with the girls, and then a slab of this lovely cake, courtesy of Shirley... master baker and host for this morning...

Then the rest of the day spent working on costumes, whilst watching strange american series...

Finally tonight has been curry night, using one of my Spicery Kits, Sri Lankan fish curry, with Malung, Coconut Samabal, and green bean and cashew nut salad.

I'm stuffed...
