Faithful friends

I keep these faithful friendly paintbrushes in this coveted wee biscuit tin as a mark of respect for all the help they have provided over the years.
Some of their number have passed on and have been replaced by newer but just as committed brushes - it seems to me to be a paintbrush trait, or maybe I gave been lucky (if you believe in such things).
They have once again completed a painting project (bedroom) and are about to be put away until the next room that needs decorating.
Thank you faithful brushes, sleep in peace until you hear the tin lid being popped open once again.
