Seals keep an eye on us!

After yesterday's puffin watching on Inner Farne, today was about seal spotting. We couldn't get off the boat but it got very close to the outer Islands where we saw hundreds of seals! From a distance they blended in with the grey rocks but as we got closer we saw the seals sitting up to look at us, some even seemed to wave. We took hundreds of photos but I thought I'd blip this one as it looked quite cute as the seals are keeping a watchful eye over us.
The Farne Islands are so beautiful and just over an hours drive away from Newcastle. The perfect place for a weekend away.
