Matinee

A morning in work wasn't too bad - not sure how it has all gone as I escaped at 12 due to a pre-booked theatre trip.

I had booked tickets to Lion King for hubby's birthday at Bradford Alhambra. Lottie has seen it once in Birmingham but it was a first for us. We really enjoyed it, the costumes were amazing and the scenes so simple but effective.

As an extra treat we went out for tea afterwards, although I have to admit I kept checking my phone to see if Everton were doing us a favour. Unfortunately they didn't but it had been a good day.
