Low-loader with part of a wind turbine tower about to leave an area by Inverness marina. Several of the towers had been stored here for a while, after being off-loaded from a ship. Was hoping to catch this one with the Kessock Bridge in the background, but the driver stopped just before reaching the road. Suspect he was waiting for another lorry to be loaded up, and then they'd head off together.

Had a blether with the driver. He was from the emerald isle, and said the turbine bits and pieces were all going to the Forres area – 29 in all. They'd applied for about 130, but only 29 have been allowed to be erected.

Prior to taking this photo, I'd taken an even more boring one of a misty scene, so have failed in the aim of only film photo on a day. Ah well, if I obtain a month's worth of Blips from one 36-exposure film, that would still be a fair achievement... maybe.
