Christmas Eve

We spent a quiet evening at home just the two of us. We put on Christmas carols, brewed some coffee (Decaf for R), and opened presents from one another!

Here is R opening up a 120-piece Black and Decker tool set. I figured that a proper husband should be well equipped with all the necessary tools to hang pictures and fix things around the house.

I also got him some fun things including surf-style clothes and a Ipod dock.

My favorite gift from R was a gift certificate to one of the local yarn stores. Usually he would avoid stepping into a yarn shop at all costs so I love that he braved one all by himself just for me!
