Trumpets

I don't know what these pretty trumpet-shaped flowers are, but they have suddenly sprung up along the bank by the side of the beach.

This whole area has just been designated an ecological site, and along the track there are signs, telling us about the rare species of plant to be found there. Until recently, the locals would just park their cars all over said rare species, rendering them nearly extinct.

This is certainly progress - and refreshingly un-Spanish!
