Tomato

"But God gives it a body as he has determined, and to each kind of seed he gives its own body." 1 Corinthians 15:38

Today's picture is of some baby plum tomatoes that I like to eat as a healthy snack, they are really nice and a bit sweet, they fill a gap with very few calories which is helping me on my diet!!

The Bible verse above I have given to you from the NIV and also from the Message as an interpretation. It is true you couldn't look at a tomato seed and tell from that what a tomato would look like. It is one of life's questions, whether or not we will be recognisable when we have died are in heaven, will we look the same, will we be the age we die at, or will be at a youthful age? Here we are given an answer, probably not the one we wanted though, that we cannot determine what our heavenly body will be like from what our body is now. One thing we do know is that it will be a new body and will not suffer ailments or illnesses, our bodies will work as they were intended to when we are in heaven...
