Coucy-le-Chateau

We went to this lovely place to have a look at the castle that was bombed quite badly during the war. The Germans sadly flattened a lot of this wonderful place. Inside the castle there is a lovely village with some houses built into the ruins.. We didn't get to see the main part of the castle as it is closed 3 days of the year. Christmas Day, new Year Day and 1st May lol only happen to us!!
