Gift #6 - Chanterelle & Three Cheese Ravioli
We invited some friends over for dinner tonight and D cooked up this wonderful appetizer, including making the fresh pasta. For the main course he made Baked Rainbow Trout with Lime, Garlic & Parsley Stuffing - delicious! I love eating fish, but don't like cooking it! Lindsey brought some great Bourbon Whiskey and made some Old Fashioned Cocktails, while Courtney concocted a dessert of Raspberry Custard Pots. All together a wonderful way to spend an evening!
