Somerville Sign. GX1, Leitz Summitar 50mm.

This sign from another age resides on the side of a little building in the Somerville neighborhood. Downstairs are a beauty salon and a strictly vegetarian Indian restaurant but no sign of an emporium which would be offering fried clams or pizza. Upstairs are apartments. I'm trying to imagine having either of the choices on offer, delicious as they may be, and feeling refreshed afterwards. Maybe there was something in the Coca Cola in those days that really did put a smile on your dial...!
