One Man and his Dog

I don't know what kind of dog this is - it appeared to be very striking and very animated in behaviour and a very unusual appearance. The man was extremely unhappy when it ran into the puddle and lay down rolling around in it. He had words to say! He was not the sort of guy you'd want to argue with and I think the dog knew that well....but at the same time was testing him out.
