Elevated

This is not the picture I had hoped to be sharing today but ended up being the only one I took having had an argument with a patch of gravel at a junction somewhere in the Sussex countryside on my bike.
It had all started so well with a good fifty mile plus route mapped out, fine weather, good company and inviting cafe mid-route. Sadly, it was not to be... and it hurts :(
