Purple rain

A blustery, dull day today. As hubby and I were walking round the loop road this evening I spotted these purple tulips in the garden on a small cottage and thought they would look nice against the backdrop of a black and white pic. I have pinched the title of the blip from a Prince song called Purple Rain, we are off to see him in concert in Glasgow in a couple of week and really looking forward to it!

Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes, hopefully there will be some good blips to come as a result of some of my birthday presents. look out for blips of the Waverley Paddle steamer, the view from the top of one of the Cuillins and a blip taken from the skies in the months to come!
