The other side..

Spent the day emptying, and washing some plastic crates. This is ready for collecting some hens on Saturday. But I have a problem here. Saturday I'm flying down to Bristol for a few days to visit mum. So I've arranged for J in Durness to collect them when he collects his at the same time. So I also had to take the crates up to him.

It's been grey, and showery for most of the day, so not good for working on the croft. Good to get all that organised. J and O will pick them up at Laxford Bridge for us.

From our house, looking over the village, we can see Foinaven and Arkle in the distance. This is Strath Dionard (pronounced Jur-nad!) and Foinaven from the other side..
