Iced Gingerbread

Kerr and I have been baking something each week. Today we tried Mary Berry's iced gingerbread for the first time. It has turned out very well and tastes yummy. More successful than last week's first attempt at shortbread I think.

Kerr cracked the eggs into the mixture and helped to stir it. He also did most of the icing before completing his favourite task - scraping the bowl.
