Friends Bunting & Dixon came over and I cooked a Goan fish curry for lunch. The recipe said to use 8 dried chillies which I did... it was so hot it actually blew our socks off. I have a penchant for really hot food, regularly splashing hot tabasco sauce on everything, and it was almost too hot for me!
