Life Goes On...

It was the Kendal Urban Race today and I ran early so that I could take lots of photos. I enjoyed my course, it was technical and physical and I made a few small errors which placed me half way down the field but I'm happy with that.

I wandered all over the race area blipping orienteers on different terrain but I was particularly interested by the response of the people in the town to an often fast and furious race happening in their midst. Some were intrigued and stopped to watch or asked what was happening, but many continued without seeming to notice. I thought this blip summed up what I mean!
