Glasgow 2014

An interesting day, still processing photos from the wedding last week, but I've applied to be a Host City Volunteer, so I had a wee drop in about that this afternoon. Looks like it might be very interesting indeed! Can't believe that it is so soon that the Commonwealth Games will be starting, very excited, especially for the gymnastics, which Mum got tickets to see - last time I saw that level of competition it was Svetlana Khorkina at Kelvinhall, amazing didn't come close, especially as she was so much taller than the rest, but so graceful. But that was a lot of years ago! I am really looking forward to seeing some of the excellent British team in action, which for years was almost nowhere, but now is doing really well.
