As and when...

Snow word of a lie...

...sorry. This was a real stroke of luck. The last couple of days at Moraine Lake near Banf, Calgary and totally out of the blue - snow, that left everything completely covered. What started out as rain at the bottom of the mountain ended with a full on downpour at the top. By the morning there was about two feet of snow covering everything. An added bonus was an organised walk from the lodge where we were staying. Despite the conditions we headed out and had a fantastic walk out past glaciers and off to an area called Mirror lake. One inevitable snowball fight later and we headed back for a much appreciated lunch.
