Seventh-Day It

Why do I find it so hard to take a day off? After a very busy, and energy draining weekend, I found myself uncomfortable when not working today.

As a result I was short tempered and irritable at times ...and even though I realized it, and could joke about it, I still couldn't deal with it.

I didn't become mindful of it until early this evening, but Molly (smile moment) was demonstrating the perfect behavior all day. She really knows how to seventh-day it!
