Talking point

There are two of these sculptures standing high on brown plastic pillars at one of the entrances to Wellingborough - one on each side on the road. Designed by Rick Kirby, they caused a considerable amount of comment when they were unveiled in October 2007. At the time several names were put forward:-
"Angels", "Silver Ladies", and "Six Naked Ladies" being the most popular and we suspect "A Waste of Money" was a fairly close runner up. Another piece of "talking point" art.
