RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

With the course starting early in the morning I had to sneak out without trying to wake up the others. After checking out of the hostel I went round the corner to the building that it was held in.

The course lasted about 4 hours and included a presentation, videos and discussion. At the end of it a multiple choice quiz and they would sent the certificate if you passed. A few criticisms about the course, it could have been much shorter if the leader didn't repeat himself alot. Also, its seems hard not to fail the test since despite being a closed book test you were allowed to use notes that you had made during the course. Bizarre.

Hopefully this will help me put one foot on the ladder towards working in hospitality.
