Riveting

the winter storms caused such immense damage in Cornwall that even the baulks (huge, thick barriers slotted into the harbour mouth to protect it over the winter) got broken.

New ones have been made and when looking at the old ones I was riveted (sorry!) by the size of the metalwork involved.
