Apple 'Pie'

A hurriedly thrown together dinner tonight as Baby Brightness decided to demonstrate her very first roll at a lovely group of like minded mothers and by the time we got home waiting whilst mummy created wasn't a big option. So, sweet potato, carrot, courgette and apple...her favourites are carrot and apple. I'm getting 'where's the broccoli' looks though. She loves broccoli.
