Angry wee face

I had a lovely lazy day for my birthday today. I had a long lie then lounged about the house till lunch time. I went into Melrose to meet my friend Catriona for a coffee then popped in to see my friends Heather and Shirley on my way home. I was out for lunch yesterday with my Mum and am going out for tea with Christine and Ben on Thursday so my birthday is lasting so much longer than just one day.

I went to Melrose early to try for some good pictures of the Abbey now that the scaffolding has come down but what really amused me was this flower (a pansy, I think) that looked like a wee face. It was on a shop window sill for sale and I thought it looked a wee bit angry to be there!
