Caught out in a Storm

I was out running again this evening. It was my first session as a member of St Albans Striders. We set off on a 5k run around Verulamium Park in lovely evening sunshine, only to get absolutely drenched for the final km or so thanks to the contents of a very dark cloud that seemed to come from nowhere. This photo that I took in St Michael's village on the way home goes some way to capturing the contrasting weather conditions during the run.
