Early finish from work today spurred me into making the most of the sunshine......my furthest/longest run yet round Kingsmill Reservoir (5.1miles - knocking 2.17mins of my 5k pb, and some time off my 2miles and 1mile pb's too) feeling very happy! If it wasn't for circuits I'd have aimed for 10k, but decided I should stop before I over did it.

Now to watch the first 2 episodes of 24 :)
