Choughed!

Sennen Cove-Lands End-Nanjizal-Trevescan

Today we did another walk along the coast and back over the fields. We saw choughs, yer actual Cornish choughs. It's a first for us, and we are both delighted. (We have seen Welsh choughs, but never Cornish ones.)

The weather turned out to be mostly sunny with a very stiff breeze for practically the whole day. We made it back to the cafe which was two thirds of the way round, in time for tea and cake, this sustained us for the rest of the walk back to the car.
