Calming Clouds

Had a very busy day at work today, glad to say Gavin was not in as much pain today the consultant thinks it's tightening hamstrings that may be causing his pain he will have to go in and be assessed.
After my tea I went up the moor road and parked the car in a lay by then walked along the road a wee bit and just sat chilling on a tree stump,this bunch of clouds caught my eye so it had to be my blip today.
Home now have given Gavin his exercises and he's now settled for tonight .
