Hay Fever

Wake up every morning with what feels like grit in my eyes. Ho hum.

Boys night tonight. Curry and a pint at the Sun inn. It will be interesting to see how good a curry they make. Can't be any worse than last weeks Indian at the Jay Raj, though that did have a positive benefit on my weight for all the wrong reasons :-)

Finished the first book in the Game of Thrones. A good read but I must admit to being a bit bemused by the ending. I know it's a fantasy novel, so I shouldn't expect normality, but what happens is a bit of stretch of the imagination in the context of the story and character involved.

12 Years a Slave next. Talk about a different read.
