History's Alive!

What a glorious day for the beginning of the village Book Festival! It started with History's Alive!

Live re-enactment from soldiers and officers, there was a vintage cake and tea stall, plenty of walks, teacher soaking in the stock (which proved very popular with the children!) and of course a beer tent!!!

A little gathering after at mine which included bikes, roller-skates, pizza's, water fights, bubbles and G&T and a little Karaoke!!!
