There are times when you don't need to try too hard to convince people. A couple of minutes walking round this city, and they just know that it's great.

Took lots of nice blips today. And was hard pressed to pick one. But there's a few in the blip bank for other slow blip days.

The post Xmas healthy eating is going really well, apart from the wine, gin and chips. And some Quality Street....
